COMMUNITY
The state of our mental well-being relies upon relational and social support. Such spaces make it possible to recognise how the problem is not always located within the individual, but also in the systems that surround them. Community spaces offer us the opportunity to redefine how we look at, rethink our approach and help create new narratives about our well-being.
Support Groups
Support Groups have been curated to address a specific theme or concern that recognises the need for collective strength and support. These groups are usually held once a week or depending on the group’s need, consisting of 8-10 participants in each group for a specific number of sessions (usually 8-10 sessions).
Sharing Circles
Sharing Circles have been curated for people to come together, each with our own understandings and know- hows to engage in conversations, experience resonance and share what feels comfortable. These groups are held once a week or on a fortnightly basis depending on the group's need and availability, consisting of 8- 10 participants.

How to go about it:

Reimagining Anxiety
Fridays
We are all grappling with anxiety—some more intensely than others.
Women are statistically more likely to experience anxiety and related conditions. Re-imagining Anxiety is a support group thoughtfully designed for women from all walks of life who are seeking connection and solidarity in navigating their everyday anxieties.
The group meets online every 2nd Friday of the month, with a small, intimate group of 6–8 members. Each month, we explore different themes—creating space for meaningful conversations, shared reflection, and the comfort of knowing you are not alone.
